Cancellation may be possible if the order has not yet:

  • Been personalised

Cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or production has started.

For personalised products in particular, cancellation may become impractical after custom production has begun.

Where payment has already been made, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy and the circumstances of the cancellation.

14. Shipping and Delivery

Notelix Kids provides delivery to customers across Pakistan, subject to courier availability and serviceable locations.

Delivery times displayed or communicated to customers are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
