Return & Refund Procedure

  • Download our Return/Refund Form, fill in all the required information, and send the completed form along with the product to us via Pakistan Post/Post Office within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, eligible refunds will be processed according to our policy.
